"I can understand your feelings just like you, I don't like getting telemarketing calls much either, but we have found that we can help people save quite a bit of money over the competition as well as offer better advice and service to our clients, the worst thing that can happen by speaking with us is that your current lender gives you a better deal or we do.....competition is a great thing for the consumer now a days--what rate do you currently have again?
If they answer, go onto more questions, primary goal? Current lender? Current offers they have received? Etc.
If they still say not interested. ASK THEM “WHY?” See if they answer. Based on most frequent answers we will come up with an rebuttal sheet for reference.
